Terms and Conditions
This draft is awaiting final approval and is not ready for texting-campaign registration. Items in brackets are unresolved. Effective date: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
Who we are and how to reach us
Jullips is a software brand. It is not a separately registered business. Third & Twelve LLC is the intended parent company; its registration is pending, and Third & Twelve LLC is not identified as the operator until registration is approved. [FINAL APPROVAL: LEGAL OPERATOR NAME TO DISPLAY]
Mailing address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS — NOT A PRIVATE HOME ADDRESS]. Support: [MONITORED SUPPORT CONTACT]. Privacy requests: [PRIVACY CONTACT].
Agreement
By creating a business account or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to act for it.
Business accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your sign-in secure, and all activity in your workspace, including by team members you add.
Monthly subscription plans
- Solo — $19 per month, one service provider.
- Multi-Chair — $49 per month, unlimited service providers.
New subscriptions are paid monthly with no complimentary access period. Creating an account does not activate paid access. Existing agreed subscription terms and historical records are preserved. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply.
Live billing is not yet enabled. Paid checkout is not currently available on the public website.
Renewal, cancellation and payment failure
When billing is enabled, a subscription renews automatically each month at the plan price until canceled. New subscriptions begin with payment at checkout. The owner can cancel through the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
If there is no valid subscription, a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted for these reasons.
Refunds: [FINAL APPROVAL: REFUND POLICY]. Plan changes for paid subscriptions are made through Stripe billing.
Waitlists and appointment openings
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Each business manages its own appointments. In Owner Approval mode, the owner chooses among customers who reply YES; in Automatic Booking mode, the first eligible YES books the opening if it is still available. An unclear or expired reply does not book an appointment.
Optional text alerts
A separate, unchecked checkbox requests appointment-opening alerts from the business named on the signup page. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of joining a waitlist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texting is not currently active; requests stay pending until phone ownership and the business’s texting program are verified.
Messages will be sent on behalf of: [REGISTERED SENDER NAME] from [MESSAGING NUMBER].
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact [MONITORED SUPPORT CONTACT]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Business responsibilities for customer consent
Each business must only add customers it is permitted to contact, must not mark anyone as consenting to texts without that person’s own permission, must honor opt-outs, and must comply with laws that apply to its customer communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Illinois law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Jullips to send marketing or unrelated messages, upload information you have no right to share, access another business’s data, interfere with or probe the service, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms or to paid plans, and price changes will not apply until your next billing period after notice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that openings will be filled, that messages will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [FINAL APPROVAL: LEGAL REVIEW OF LIABILITY TERMS]
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. [FINAL APPROVAL: COURT VENUE (ILLINOIS COUNTY) AND WHETHER TO USE ARBITRATION]
